Research On The Development Of Tobacco Industry In Juxian Of Shandong Province

Tobacco is the traditional agricultural crop in Juxian.After a long-term development,Juxian gradually formes a relatively stable areas for growing tobacco with a more mature tobacco planting technology and perfect infrastructure as well as farmers team.With the Juxian tobacco industry constantly reform and innovation,the scale of Juxian tobacco industry continues to expand and has a positive effect on the construction of new rural areas in Juxian.Facing the new challenges,Juxian tobacco industry needs higher requirements of innovation and development.Based on this,the tobacco industry in Juxian must put forward innovative measures to promote the development of new agricultural business entities to ensure the sustained,stable and healthy development of the local tobacco industry.In this paper,using literature research,field investigation,DEA data envelopment analysis,case analysis and so on,it summarizes the problems in the development process of China's tobacco industry.At the same time,Juxian was chosen as the object of study to analyze the general situation and specific problems of the tobacco industry.Case analysis and empirical analysis by Juxian Hedong tobacco demonstration village,it puts that innovative solutions and suggestions for the future development of Juxian tobacco industry.Finally,by the analysis of the international new challenges,the paper sets up a new prospect of of Juxian tobacco industry and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on Juxian tobacco industry in the development of the productive forces,optimize the allocation of resources,improve organizational performance,improve the new agricultural business entities,large scale production and the formation of industry chain.In a word,we hope Juxian tobacco industry innovation and development to promote the development of Juxian modern tobacco industry and improve farmers income,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of new rural areas.
