Tobacco Business Enterprises In Sichuan Agricultural Investment Management And Analysis Of Modern Tobacco

In recent years, the tobacco industry has conscientiously implemented the strategic principle of "industry nurturing agriculture, cities supporting rural areas" and the major historic task of building a new socialist countryside set by the central government, adhered to the policy on tobacco work of "moving important points downward, focusing on the basic level, emphasizing on service, strengthening the basis", increased tobacco production and infrastructure investment and accelerated the pace of agricultural development of modern tobacco construction and new socialist countryside construction. Thus it had made great contributions to improving the overall level of tobacco work, promoting the development of this industry, building new socialist countryside and promoting the development of rural reform. However, problems are gradually revealed in the construction process of modern tobacco farming, such as the uneven development of modern tobacco agriculture, unscientific construction planning not scientific, insufficient control in construction process and inadequate organization and management modes. These problems have seriously hindered the development of modern tobacco agriculture and affected the efficiency of investment in tobacco agriculture.This paper is focusing on the essential work in the industry, concentrating on heated and difficult issues. Through a study on the investment management of modern tobacco agriculture, this paper analyses the key factors influencing investment management of modern tobacco agriculture and builds a new investment management system for tobacco agriculture in order to improve the basic management levels, regulate the construction process, ensure profits of investment and promote sustainable and healthy development of modern tobacco agriculture.This paper, combining theory with practice, studies on the investment management in the business systems of Sichuan modern tobacco agriculture from the perspective of strategic management. By adopting both the empirical research and normative research and combining the quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, this paper constructs a workable investment management system for the business systems of Sichuan modern tobacco agriculture this is of great significance for Sichuan tobacco business systems to raise efficiency through reducing work, lowering energy consuming, improving the quality, strengthening the agricultural infrastructure, further improving the production conditions, transforming production modes, improving technological level in production and the quality of farmers, and further enhancing the overall strength and competitiveness.The paper falls into seven chapters:ChapterⅠis an introduction. It firstly introduces the research backgrounds and significance, then presents the research scheme and logical structure after a literature review of researches on the investment management of modern tobacco agriculture.ChapterⅡpresents the theoretical framework of investment management in modern tobacco agriculture. This chapter, based on the definition of modern tobacco agriculture and its investment, establishes the theoretical foundations of the investment management and describes the investment management modes of modern tobacco agriculture.ChapterⅢanalyses the status quo of the investment management in modern Sichuan tobacco business agriculture systems. On the basis of describing and analyzing the status quo of investments management in Sichuan tobacco business agriculture systems, this chapter demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of implementing a new investment management system.Chapter IV discusses the rights of each participant in tobacco agriculture Investment Management Game. The issues of interests and co-ordination among the government, tobacco companies and farmers are clarified.Chapter V deals with the construction of a new investment management system in Sichuan tobacco business agriculture systems. How to build investment management system in Sichuan tobacco agriculture is in the aspect of around the management system, project feasibility studies, investment decision-making, benefit evaluation, project control and security system.ChapterⅥis an empirical analysis of the investment benefits of Sichuan tobacco business agriculture, which is done by using the time series analysis method and mathematical analysis method of principal components.ChapterⅦis the conclusion. This chapter summarizes the main research findings and points out its innovations and limitations.The main contributions and characteristics of the paper lie in:1. It proposes modern investment management model and management system for tobacco agriculture. Based on previous studies, this paper clearly puts forward the concept of tobacco agriculture investment management, builds a modern agricultural investment management system for tobacco agriculture, and proposes the operation mode and safeguards for tobacco agriculture investment management.2. It applies the game theory in the analysis of the interests relationships among the participants in tobacco agriculture investment management. The paper draws the conclusions through the description and analysis of the game among the government, farmers and tobacco companies in an incomplete information static game model.3. It adopts of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The empirical research in this paper uses large amounts of data and analyzes from different angles and applies angles, economic time measurement model and principal component analysis, which gives birth to the convincing and valuable results.Then the paper proposes some suggestions for improving Sichuan tobacco agriculture investment during the construction of new rural and promoting the development of tobacco agriculture in Sichuan Province.
