In the current China's economic development into the background of the new normal,LNG development in our country is faced with both opportunities and risks coexist,the increasing competition in the industry,xi 'an there are dozens of related enterprises,the competition between the enterprises is also as saturated by the capacity of market competition into efficiency and service competition,the focus of enterprise management by expanding production,increase production capacity and accordingly to improve the management level,enhance the brand influence,etc.How to use LPG station employees initiative,improving the efficiency of a LPG service and quality,is the key of the CNG company need to pay attention to current problems,how to through performance management and other management measures,to attract,retain and motivate talented people,is of great significance to promote the competitiveness of the CNG company.Paper on the analysis of the performance appraisal system,on the basis of related theory research present situation,first of all,according to the actuality of CNG company and organization structure,the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of CNG stations staff performance appraisal,found that the current performance appraisal system lie in the imperfection of the appraisal index system of design,single appraisal subject,appraisal incentive effect is not obvious,and analyzed the causes;Secondly,in the clear CNG stations staff performance appraisal system of the optimization goal and way of thinking,on the basis of clear the LPG station staff performance appraisal objects and appraisal main body,improve the design of LPG stations staff performance appraisal process;Then,based on the main business process and control point,on the base to formulate the practical job specifications,and by using expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),the LPG station,the equipment administrator and shift leader,filling agent such as employee performance appraisal index system,evaluation index weight meter and its performance evaluation index evaluation standard was improved design;Then,improved the CNG stations staff performance appraisal cycle,evaluation process,evaluation result feedback and complaints mechanism,finally,puts forward the improvement project of CNG company performance evaluation system of safeguard measures and Suggestions,to ensure its effective operation...
