With the upgrading of information technology,under the guidance of the key national industry supporting policies,the advertising industry has been in rapid development,and are facing more and more environmental competition,great competition for high-quality core talents and management,which is one of the most important subjects.Performance appraisal,which is a great component of performance management system,does good to effective internal control,improve the degree of internal aggregation,and strengthen the awareness of mutual cooperation.Nothing can beyond competition than performance appraisal in achieving goals in the company,helping employees improve their work enthusiasm and initiative,leading to a critical role in core competitiveness enhancement.Based on the actual operation of HQ advertising company and the current situation of performance appraisal and management,this paper will optimize the staff assessment system of HQ advertising company by analyzing the outstanding problems in the evaluation process.In addition,this paper takes the relevant theory of performance appraisal and management as research base,focusing on the performance evaluation of employees within the company,in order to achieve the current performance appraisal system to improve and optimize,and finally enhance the work of the initiative and morale in the company.Firstly,it reviews the relevant theoretical basis of the performance appraisal management,so as to provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of the performance appraisal system.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of HQ advertising company,analyzing the basic problems and valuing the potential reasons.Finally,based on the problems,this article may optimize the current performance appraisal system,and put forward several targeted protection measures to ensure its application.To sum up,through analyzing the HQ advertising company's current performance appraisal system and being ready to optimize the design,this article kept on a view to improve the work of the initiative and enthusiasm,improve work efficiency and quality of work,andultimately efficient implementation of the company's overall goal.Based on HQ advertising company,the research expects that the results can be well applied and popularized in the advertising industry,and provide useful reference for other advertising companies' performance appraisal management practice.
