In this paper, the performance appraisal theories, combined with the company’sindustry characteristics and performance appraisal situation, the integrated use of literatureresearch, field research, analysis, summarized the main method, through Z Corporationemployee performance assessment work carried out studies to analyze the shortcomings,propose solutions recommendations in order to solve the Z Corporation employeeperformance appraisal formality, forming shell problems, culminating in the establishmentof effective functioning internal staff performance appraisal system, breaking egalitarianismmess situation, reflecting hard work and ability-have incentives to fully mobilize theenthusiasm and creativity of employees, common development of enterprises andindividuals to form a good situation. Through the healthy functioning of the performanceappraisal system, the company will develop strategic objectives into performance appraisalwork for other companies performance appraisal practice to provide references.
