The salary reform of state-owned enterprises is an important part of China's deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.At present,there are some problems such as lack of fairness,lack of incentive and serious equalitarianism in the salary management of state-owned enterprises.How to realize compensation incentive,guidance and fairness through the scientific salary system,to state-owned enterprises It is of great significance for the industry to achieve sustainable development and enhance its core competitiveness.This paper takes Beijing Er Shang Jinghua Tea Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jinghua Tea Company)as the research sample.Based on the analysis and research on compensation management system of Jinghua Tea Company,also combined with domestic and foreign compensation,incentive theories,the paper dig deeper into the company's existing problems and causes of the system.Starting from the actual situation,as well as data analysis and questionnaire surveys,then using theoretical tools,such as job evaluation,broadband salary,optimize the design of current system.The conclusion of this paper is to design a set of optimization schemes for Jinghua tea company's salary system,which includes determining post value,widening post sequence,establishing broadband salary,setting up evaluation index and weight reasonably.
