| Since 1990s,the automobile industry in China has been developing rapidly,consumer demand for carscontinues to rise.The huge consumer market has attracted the major automobile manufacturers to expand production capacity.At present,each automobile manufacturer has different construction plan.Some companies have summed up the construction experienceduring their past projects,some others do not have their own construction standard which will lead to the waste of construction and inconvenience of manufacturing.Therefore,the research of the standard production line will be the development direction of the automotive industry.Welding workshop has a variety of processes,high degree of automation,complex equipment and the characteristics of large area.It is also a very important part of the vehicle production line.So using resources andbalancing the production line cost and quality is very important in the processing plan period,to ensure that the planning and design of the production line can be manufactured to meet the quality requirements of the product.This paper is based on a welding production line construction ofA company,introducing the planning and implementation of the project in detail.The flexible welding production line of this project contains some new production methods and equipment specification.By doing this,the company gain huge economic and social benefits in manufacturing planning,cost reduction,body quality improvement.More importantly,through the production line project in independent development and equipment choosing,the company has gained a substantial improvement in the manufacturing technology and strength in independent development.In the future,more and more car companies,including suppliers will need new production line.More and more sub assembly will also need to be producedin a new production line which will be much advanced than the one we are using.This project can also be used for reference in the selection and management of production line in the future. |
