The global economic environment is changing rapidly,while enterprise development is constantly facing challenges from internal and external competition.Therefore,in order to win the competition,enterprises must continuously improve their core competitiveness and innovate and develop in product quality,service and human resource development.Moreover,as Company F continues to accelerate its development and expand its operations,it is becoming increasingly difficult for the training system to keep pace with the rapid development of the enterprise,resulting in the inability to fully and effectively utilize corporate training resources and slowing down the pace of corporate talent development.In the long run,enterprise productivity and enterprise competitiveness will be seriously affected.Therefore,how to find and optimize the problems in the training system has become a key issue that Company F needs to solve urgently.Through analysis and understanding,the following problems exist in Company F’s training system: poorly considered training needs analysis,lack of motivational training system,incomplete training plan,inconsistent internal processes in branch and head office,single training method,and low motivation of training participants.In response to the problems,this paper proposes principles and specific measures for optimizing the HR training system These measures include re-examining the company’s existing and long-term development strategy and the company’s staff training match,understanding and collecting training needs from all sides of the company,departments and employees and summarizing and analyzing them,resetting teaching programs,forming a team of instructors,improving the training system process,and repairing the training management system regulations.More importantly,it is necessary to combine the actual situation to diversify the choice of training methods,scientifically formulate training effect evaluation methods,strictly control the quality of training work,and improve the training content planning and other measures to guarantee the implementation of optimal programs.Focusing on the existing problems,through optimizing the training system from the source,the training effect of Company F is enhanced,and the foundation of talent construction,on which the future development of the company depends,is strengthened,and the company’s strategic plan is successfully implemented.
