The impact of random events on the manufacturing system simulated by a random failure is a common way to deal with the problem of the current unreliable manufacturing system.Due to the constraints of specific performance indicators in this field,it is often impossible to simulate the hybrid manufacturing system affected by random events,such as random faults,directly through the current commercial software.Therefore,this paper takes the typical manufacturing units such as transfer line and assembly line as the research object,based on the basic technical methods of the research field of unreliable manufacturing system such as aggregation technology and overlapping decomposition technology,and develops the Arena-based simulation tool as the main target.The main research results include the following aspects:(1)Taking the transfer line as the main research object,combined with the previous research results,the paper analyzes the system performance analysis technology such as aggregation and decomposition.On the basis of understanding its principle,this paper reconstructed the algorithm program and developed a series of experimentsby MATLAB.Through the comparative analysis of the experimental results,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the aggregation technology and the decomposition technology,and analyzes the causes of the errors of the two technologies,which lays a necessary system performance analysis basis for the realization of the simulation rules and the development of the simulation system.(2)The process route and production organization of the product are mainly assembly line.Based on the analysis of the performance of the transfer line,a general type of assembly line production model is established.The performance analysis technology of the general type of assembly line production model is discussed from the point of view of the average production capacity of the system,which lays a necessary system performance analysis basis for the realization of the simulation rules and the development of the simulation system.(3)Based on the performance analysis technology of typical manufacturing unit system such as transfer line and assembly line,the secondary development based on Arena in VB language is used to solve the technical issues of hunger,obstruction and assembly,parallel line shunt and buffer capacity allocation in hybrid manufacturing system.(4)On the basis of the basic rules of the typical manufacturing unit system such as transfer line and assembly line,the interface of transfer line,parallel production line,assembly line and hybrid manufacturing system is customized,and the animation realization technology is studied.Finally,the simulation analysis tool based on Arena is developed.(5)According to the simulation tools based on Arena secondary development,the simulation experiments of transfer line,assembly line,parallel production line and hybrid manufacturing system are carried out respectively.The results of theoretical analysis and others show that the simulation tool can effectively solve the simulation problem of transfer line,assembly line,parallel production line and hybrid manufacturing system.
