A Study On Ecosystem's Operation Of Collaborative Innovation Of China's Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

As a strategic industry and main force of national economy,equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of national economy.It is one of our country's pillar industries on national economy and social development and is also the basic industry of increasing nation and region's comprehensively competitive power as well as the embodiment of our country's comprehensive and competitive strength.Equipment manufacturing enterprises are big but not powerful,and they are lacking in self-dependent innovation and collaborative innovation,as well as the infrastructure technique is in a low level,and low-end products repeat to construct and the self-dependent innovation products are difficult to market.What the most important thing to solve those problems is to achieve collaborative innovation based upon self-dependent innovation.Collaborative innovation refers to a innovative conduct that focuses on the innovative goal,mutual entities,mutual elements to collaborate and complete.Collaborative innovation is a conduct that draws on each others strength and it is suitable to such a high degree of industrial mutual relation industry.It is also the guarantee of strengthening equipment manufacturing enterprises and reach a sustainable development.It is also the foundation of exalting equipment manufacturing enterprises' global comprehensive competitiveness.It is the source of achieving innovative nation's development targets.This thesis in a standpoint of modern management theory tries to assimilate industrial cluster theory,system theory,synergism,ecological theory and technical innovation achievements to study the collaborative innovative ecosystem of equipment manufacturing enterprises in the new view of system science.From the certain perspective of equipment manufacturing enterprises,this thesis studies how to achieve collaborative innovation and construct a collaborative innovation ecosystem model based upon systemic and dynamic science theory and reveal its rules and provide a desirable train of thought to our country's equipment manufacturing enterprises' collaborative innovation and development.Firstly,this thesis summarizes the research reviews at home and abroad in equipment manufacturing enterprises,industrial cluster,collaborative innovation and ecosystem innovation.Then,it provides a clear definition on the innovation ecosystem of equipment manufacturing enterprises' collaborative innovation based upon industrial cluster theory,system theory,synergism,ecological theory and technical innovation achievements.Next,it systemically illustrates and analyzes the characteristics,elements and functions of the innovation ecosystem of equipment manufacturing enterprises' collaborative innovation and put forward a collaborative process between the subject and object of innovation ecosystem of equipment manufacturing enterprises' collaborative innovation.Furthermore,this thesis with the operation effect of all the country's provinces' innovation ecosystem of equipment manufacturing enterprises' collaborative innovation,with the research of empirical study in Hei Longjiang and its problems.Finally,this thesis puts forward some solutions and suggestions on the innovation ecosystem of equipment manufacturing enterprises' collaborative innovation,combining with the results and problems of the comprehensive analysis and empirical study.
