Pearl industry has a long history in china.With the development of modern aquaculture technology and the rapid development of pearl products continue to spread in the market,China's pearl industry is in a period of steady development,the pearl breeding,processing and related products for the sales of the main industry and industrial areas gradually formed in China's coastal areas,which have been built in China is the development trend of representative good,mainly in Jiangsu and Zhejiang,Guangdong and Guangxi.In order to realize the new development,the pearl industry to promote the rapid growth of regional economy,and overseas pearl breeding and cultivation experience in the coastal area of China absorbed continuously,vigorously expand the Pearl and related products market share,promote the rapid development of the Pearl industry.In the rapid popularization of Internet technology and the rapid development of electronic commerce under the social background of the development of the pearl industry has entered a special period of transition,the enterprise management,product marketing and brand promotion and other aspects are facing a hitherto unknown challenge.The upgrading of the business model of the Internet is a common phenomenon,with the typical business model innovation and continuous development and even mature,and gradually formed a certain model and experience.So,the development experience of the current business model innovation and its comparative study,for a clear future pearl industry in the coastal regions of the construction goal and main ideas,has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper is based on the development of regional industry,marketing and Internet marketing,the marine industry cluster theory,adopt literature analysis,social investigation,system analysis,countermeasure analysis,in-depth analysis of the basic connotation of business model innovation of domestic pearl industry,review and summary of the development of the Pearl Industry in typical area of Zhejiang,Guangdong and Guangxi river the study on development and business model development,industry innovation,and summarizes the theory of business model innovation path of domestic pearl industry,and from the enterprise internal management,enterprise external competition,marketing management,product marketing and other aspects of the four aspects of business modelinnovation path analysis and then put forward the business model innovation and policy advice for the future of China's development of new pearl industry at the policy level To promote the healthy,rapid and sustainable development of China's Pearl industry.This paper is divided into the following six parts:The first part is the introduction,research background,significance and purpose of the study mainly introduces the research status and the current domestic pearl industry and business model of some consolidation and deepening of research methods,leads to the idea of this study and adopt,and may take the innovation.The second part is the theoretical analysis of pearl industry business model.The characteristics of the related concept of the Pearl Industry and business model are discussed,and the strategic significance of business model innovation of the Pearl Industry in the Internet under the thinking of the theoretical basis and the development of the Pearl industry.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of domestic typical pearl industry and the business model.First analyzes the development situation of domestic pearl industry,then in a typical area of the domestic situation such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang,Guangdong and Guangxi areas of the pearl industry development are summarized and analyzed the problems existing in industrial development.The fourth part of the questionnaire for the purchase preference of the Internet thinking of domestic pearl jewelry consumers,mainly for online survey of consumers,the pearl jewelry brand preference,preference and buying preferences were analyzed,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the business
