Research On The Development Model Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cluster In Henan Province

In May 2015,Li Keqiang,the Premier of China’ State Council,signed China’s implementation of the strategy of manufacturing power in the first 10-year national plan for transforming Chinese manufacturing,entitled “Made in China 2025”,marking Chinese equipment manufacturing upgrade to a strategic position.In the face of the current economic globalization,international competition and domestic competition,the essay takes the development of equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Henan Province as a research object,in order to make the development model of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan more perfected and put forward with the recommendations of the operability,so that it can help Henan equipment manufacturing industry to improve competitiveness.This paper mainly adopts the combination of theory and practice.First of all,the paper studies the present situation and existing problems of the development model of equipment manufacturing industry in Henan Province by using cluster-related theory;Secondly,the paper comes up with the development mode of Henan equipment manufacturing about which how to perfect;Last,through the analysis and conclusion,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry clusters in Henan Province from the aspects of product structure,market factors and innovation.Through this study,it could get that: firstly,the main problem of the equipment manufacturing industry development in Henan is that weak market competition pattern,leading enterprise promoting model is not strong,technological innovation mode to ascend,supporting integration patterns are relatively weak and talent capital elements such as supporting system is not perfect;Secondly,the equipment manufacturing industry in Henan development model,the main cone hierarchy type choice of the mode of development and park type of cluster development model: promote the development of five supporting industry and leading enterprises,strengthen the government’s leading role,cultivate and protect the large equipment manufacturing enterprises,and actively improve the relevant supporting facilities;Thirdly,perfect the policy recommendations of the equipment manufacturing industry of Henan: optimize the industrial structure,implement the strategy of innovation,improving the industrial supporting system and enhance the level of industry carrier function.Henan Province is located in the Central Plains,it’s very significant for the promotion of the Central Plains to narrow the gap with the eastern developed areas of the economic level of development with the economic engine that development of the equipment manufacturing industry,therefore,the research on the development mode of equipment manufacturing cluster in Henan Province not only has the necessity to find out the family background,but also has a strong practical significance.
