Knowledge economy plays an important role in today'world.Knowledge innovation is the most important thing for enterprises.The enterprises realize that simply relying on their own is impossible to complete all the innovative activities,especially for small and medium enterprises,enterprises need to obtain knowledge from the outside and continue to carry out knowledge of the replacement to meet the new market demand and achieve better business development.In this context,production and research cooperation become an important way to obtain external knowledge.However,In the study of production and research cooperation,the studys which explore corporate organizational characteristics' impact on corporate performance research is relatively small,but it is the fundamental decision to corporate performance.Therefore,this paper chooses three dimensions of enterprise motivation,enterprise innovation culture and enterprise scale among the many factors that influence the characteristics of enterprise organization,and discusses the relationship between organizational characteristics and enterprise performance in the cooperation of industry,academia and research cooperation,and it picks the cooperative behavior as the intermediary variable to build a behavior-behavior-performance model and study the relationship between the three.After the empirical analysis,this paper finds that the enterprise motivation and the enterprise innovation culture are positively correlated with the potential resource input,communication and trust respectively.The enterprise motivation and the enterprise innovation culture are positively correlated with the enterprise knowledge performance,the product performance and the operation performance respectively.Communication and trust,knowledge absorption positively correlated with enterprise knowledge performance,product performance,operational performance;enterprise size' impact on knowledge absorption and enterprise product performance relevance is not significant.At thesame time,this article also joined the corporate cooperative behavior variables,in the process of regression analysis with the corporate organizational characteristics of the process,this paper found that resource input,communication and trust,knowledge absorption has partly intermediary effect on the organizational characteristics of enterprises and business performance.In view of the research results,this paper puts forward some inspiration in order to provide some help for the enterprises involved in the cooperation of industry,academia and research.In the production and research cooperation,enterprises should be clear to their participation in the production and research cooperation motivation and establish a good culture of innovation in order to achieve better achieve business performance.In addition,there are still a lot of shortcomings in this study.In the last part,this paper summarizes the limitations of the research and gives the future research direction and suggestions,hoping to make the richness and development of the theory of production and research.
