| With the increasing global market competition,the consumers demands are increasingly diversified and new technology and products constantly emerge along with the cycle of technology development and production getting more and more short.The enterprises must keep innovating in such rapidly changeable market and continuously improve their ability to compete.At the same time,research and development costs rise rapidly,enterprises have urgent demands for the scarce resources but they have to face that it is getting harder for single company to do development innovation.More and more companies try to stick together doing research and we call this phenomenon as collaborative Innovation.This paper uses 2588 Chinese manufacturing companies which based on the study comes from World Bank as samples for empirical research object. Based on the social capital theory, We analyze the performance that cooperative innovation work on enterprise.Evaluation is made from three parts such as:enterprise cooperation,enterprise characteristics,enterprise cooperation environment by using logistic model and multivariate statistical to analysis the established system of empirical research.The study found that as for cooperation variables, the internal R&D investment,external R&D investment,cooperating with suppliers and clients have a significant role in promoting cooperative innovation product success rate and innovation performance; As for enterprise characteristic variables,the research and development institutions affiliated and international technical permission play significantly role for promoting innovative products success rate and the enterprise innovation performance successful; As for enterprise cooperation environment variables,the number of university in the city promote innovative products success rate and the enterprise innovation performance successfully but foreign investment just promote innovative products success rate significantly; In addition,this article adopts the method of cluster analysis,according to the intensity factors of the enterprise,we divide the enterprises into labor-intensive, capital-intensive and technology-intensive industries, and compare cooperation innovation about different industries to find out the influence on innovation performance.The paper found that same variables corresponding to enterprises produce bigger different performance in different industries.Cooperation with supplier just make difference on labor-intensive enterprises, cooperation with customers just make a difference on capital-intensive enterprises, cooperation with university and affiliated research just makea difference on technology-intensive industries, the development institutions affiliated can only play a significant role in promoting products success rate on technology-intensive industries, the number of university does not make a significant difference on innovation success rate of labor-intensive enterprises, foreign investment only can play a significant role in promoting innovation products to total sales on labor-intensive industries. |
