The Tourism Industry In Guangdong Province Comprehensive Contribution Of The Research On Economic Growth

The tourism industry maintains rapid growth and has become the important pillar industry of the national economy since last 30 years of Reform and Opening.The tourism industry act the part of increasing economic income,improving employment and raising tax revenue.Furthermore,the influence of tourism industry has gradually appear following with the development of local tourism industry.Guangdong province as a major tourism province,relying on the superior natural geographical conditions and the later reform and innovation,has become China's tourism industry leader.Further study of the tourism industry in Guangdong province comprehensive contribution to economic growth,the correct evaluation of tourism impact on local economy,employment and tax,is particularly important.This paper first combs the research status of tourism industry contribution,analyzes the definition of tourism industry,comprehensive contribution,and takes the opinion of the State Council on accelerating the development of tourism(Guo Fa [2009] No.41)The new caliber to define the scope of the tourism industry.Through the integration of existing statistical resources,the use of input-output technology,industrial value-added rate method,respectively,from the economic,employment and tax three aspects of direct,indirect and comprehensive contribution indicators,in the establishment of the tourism industry comprehensive evaluation index system,2007,2012 and 2015.The results show that the share of tourism industry in Guangdong Province is 10.42%,13.04% and 13.62% respectively in 2007,2012 and 2015 respectively.The share of tourism industry in Guangdong Province is 7.46%,10.22% and 13.08% respectively;Guangdong Province tourism industry tax accounted for 12.81%,respectively,11.96% and 13.31%.The results show that the development of tourism industry in Guangdong Province is strong,and the pulling effect of the national economic sector is obvious and the comprehensive contribution is outstanding.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions according to the calculation results,and provides the relevant policy basis for the scientific decision-making of all levels of government in Guangdong Province.
