| The Report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party puts forward the concept of “Beautiful Country” for the first time.In order to achieve lasting and sustainable development of the Chinese nation,we should work hard to build a beautiful country.The most important aspect of “Beautiful Country” is the ecological beauty of nature,and the next is the scientific beauty of harmony,then the last is the warm beauty of humanity.As a country with cultural core of agricultural civilization,agriculture has tens of thousands of years of history in our country.Today,our country has nine hundred million rural population.No matter the population proportion or the actual space,living problem of farmers and building situation of villages are the basic problems of national development prospects.Therefore,in order to realize the goal of “Beautiful Country”,we must speed up “Beautiful Village” construction.Rural tourism and “Beautiful Village” construction have a high degree of unity,which can greatly promote “Beautiful Village” construction.The pattern of “Beautiful Village” construction orienting to rural tourism is easy to implement and popularize.This pattern has improved the rural ecological environment and villagers' quality of life.And it also has coordinated urban and rural development effectively,and reflected rural ecology civilization construction well.Chang'an District,Xi'an has rich tourism resources with particularly favourable natural conditions.Firstly,this thesis has studied the theory and practice of “Beautiful Village” construction,as well as the development of rural tourism,then analyzed the relationship between rural tourism and “Beautiful Village” construction.Secondly,in accordance to the regional characteristics of Chang'an District,we have proposed four patterns of “Beautiful Village” construction orienting to rural tourism,which can be divided into travel pattern of natural scenery,inheritance pattern of historical and folk culture,leisure pattern of countryside vacation,and sightseeing pattern of agricultural leisure,and further performed an analysis to their contents.Next,according to the standards of “Beautiful Village” construction of our nation and Shannxi Province,combined with the current situation of “Beautiful Village” construction of Chang'an District,we have established a comprehensive evaluation system for “Beautiful Village” construction orienting to rural tourism,from aspects of living,working,travelling and culture.The evaluation system contains 20 individual indicators in total,weights of which are determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Then four different patterns of villages are evaluated,and the main problems are found in “Beautiful Village” construction of Chang'an District.Finally,through the analysis of the results of comprehensive evaluation and main existing problems,we have put forward a construction strategy for “Beautiful Village” construction of Chang'an District orienting to rural tourism,which can serve as a reference and provide an objective foundation to advance “Beautiful Village” construction orienting to rural tourism to whole Chang'an District. |
