Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Collaborative Innovation On Upgrading Of Manufacturing Enterprises

In recent years,on a global scale,the major manufacturing countries began to use innovation to drive the transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises,innovation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises has become the focus of social research.From the point of view of technical innovation,organizational innovation and marketing innovation,this paper discusses the impact mechanism of innovation on the upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,owning theoretical and practical significance.From the point of normative research,this article first analyzes how the core factors like technology,marketing and organization and supporting factors like strategy,resource,culture and so on influence the business innovation based on innovation theory and enterprise upgrading theory;Then,through the research of technology innovation,market innovation and organization innovation mode,this paper establishes technology-market-organization collaborative innovation mode adapting the trend of enterprise development,to build upgrading path of collaborative innovation to manufacturing enterprises;finally,this paper studies the results of collaborative Innovation affecting manufacturing enterprise scale,structure and organization to influence manufacturing enterprises upgrading.From the point of empirical research,this paper quantifies the influence mechanism of collaborative innovation on manufacturing enterprises in China during 2001-2014 by compound synergy degree model.The results showed that the collaborative innovation and manufacturing companies upgrade is highly related to the collaborative innovation for upgrading manufacturing enterprises,but this role can often be hysteresis characteristics;Technical innovation,market innovation,organizational innovation has spiral development characteristics,the degree of synergy innovation directly influence the manufacturing enterprise of the upgrade process.Finally a series of policy Suggestions are given with the above research articles: enterprises need to further strengthen technological innovation,strengthening independent innovation ability,focus on market risk,takes the market innovation,coordinate the relationship between the interests of the innovation,etc.Government needs to promote innovation,increase fiscal appropriations of science and technology,improve the system of property right protection,technology transfer,the power of collaborative innovation model building process,etc.
