Study On Rural Poverty And Out Of Poverty Mode Of Red River,Zunyi

Poverty is one of the realistic problems in the history.How to be out of poverty is the common expectation of the government and the poverty.This is the second year of "13th Five-Year" plan to promote precise poverty alleviation;it's a hard period for Zunyi Red River Region to promote poverty alleviation.Althoughthis place hasan advantage state for its abundant resource,there is more than point twenty four million people live in poverty.Without regard of irresistible reasons which may lead to poverty,we should take some realistic factors into consideration that how to solve the difficulties of the poverty.This factors includes the population characteristics who lives there and the deficiency of poverty reduction work and so on.We have to solve these difficulties to ensure the establishment of the comprehensive well-off society.And it's the key point work to promote poverty alleviation in the west.The study work on four counties' poor people that distributed Chishui River Region.We study their live current situation;find the reasons cause their poverty.And analyze the mode of poverty-alleviation.We mainly study on the molds of“poverty-alleviation and low income family” and “poverty-alleviation and get rich”.And the molds also derived some microcosmic aspects.It is undeniable that we have got lots of improvements.But there are still some deficiencies that how to overcome the poverty,basing on poor farmer's income,poverty,poverty alleviation from the successful experience of the past,to propose feasible idea of the model of poverty alleviation in the future.Study found that the reason account for rural poverty population in poverty are mainly include the poor level of education is generally not high,poor families with many children raising burden heavier and infrastructure construction lag restricted development of poverty population.The insufficient inter modal fusion,acculturate identification of poor people,and the compatibility between poor people and models is not enough.On the basis of the above problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to alleviate poverty in the region from the focus of the regional industry,the development of rural industry and the promotion of "big data" industry.
