The improvement of the national security and economic development to the civilian market driving the military enterprise,military industrial enterprises to participate in market competition,to fully realize their own the shortage of the existing system,to adjust and improve,to adapt to the needs of the civilian market.Talent is the cornerstone of enterprise development,but also an important guarantee of the development strategy of civil-military integration effect.In the civilian market,facing the intense market competition,military industrial enterprises need sufficient incentive for employees,so as to promote its civilian goods business.SAP institute belongs to the aerospace defense industry in the field of a military enterprise,a research and development,production capacity are actively explore the civilian market,while the current employee incentive mechanism against SAP institute civil market development,this paper hopes through innovative SAP employees incentive mechanism,promote the competitiveness of the SAP.Firstly in this article the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods are expounded,and the related theoretical basis,including incentive mechanism,mechanism of civil-military integration,innovation has carried on the induction and summary,related concepts and theories in the research of this paper provide theoretical guidance.Through analyzing the present situation of the SAP institute staff incentive mechanism,and based on the questionnaire survey,the existing problems in the SAP institute staff incentive mechanism has carried on the induction,including work goal setting standardization,salary structure and the performance way of satisfaction is not high,staff growth channel construction to be strengthened,etc.,and analyses the reasons.Based on the above problems and reasons,is proposed in this paper,based on T-P-C cycle incentive innovation mechanism,that is,from training and development,compensation and career development three levels to put forward the innovation mechanism,to fully improve the enthusiasm of staff develop civil market SAP research institute.At the same time,this article also puts forward the innovation mechanism of safeguard measures,including the corporate level increase support,and improve the management mechanism and system guarantee,the construction of performance oriented corporate culture,improve staff growth,communication channels and methods of realization of military and civilian dual management measures.
