Large-scale construction of high-speed passenger lines, can ease the contradiction between the railway traffic demand and transportation capacity, in order to meet the growing diversification of travel demand, which exists for long term in China. At the same time, high speed railway and railway freight line can be separated in this way, which can dig railway freight potential in maximum. According to "The long-term planning of railway" the grand blueprint of high-speed railway development has been outlined, In this planning, high speed railway building will become the main direction of railway network development, and four vertical high speed railway and four horizontal high speed railway will be constructed in China. It is not difficult to find that a variety of modes of transportation coexist in a passenger corridor at the same time. In the market economic system, in order to attract more potential passengers and obtain more earnings, the high-speed railway, civil aviation, long-distance buses and other modes of transport often improve hardware and service quality. Therefore, there exits explosive competition in the passenger corridor. However, hardware facilities can hardly be improved to a large extent in short term. So "ticket pricing" becomes the main aspect which the operators consider to attract more passengers. At present, ticket pricing mode of some high speed railway is test operation mode. Under this background, the optimization problem of high speed railway ticket price is put on the agenda.Firstly, the status of high speed railway's ticket pricing system at home and abroad is analyzed. The successful experiences of Japan, Germany, France, are introduced. Then, the status of Chinese high speed railway's ticket price system is indicated, the style and the method of high speed railway's ticket are described, the problems are summed up. Thus, the literatures about railway ticket at home and abroad are reviewed so as to study scholars'pricing theory and method.Secondly, the factors such as the transportation cost, market demand, competitive factors, passenger travel characteristics and government regulation, which influence the high speed railway's ticket pricing are analyzed. Then, game theory is used in the article to analyze the game process about the process of high speed railway's ticket pricing. The theory of non-cooperative game is viewed; the style and the principle of theory game about high speed railway's ticket pricing in the passenger corridor are studied. At the same time, the impact of ticket price on benefit profile and sharing rate are discussed. On the basis of the previous analysis, the Logit model is constructed in order to analyze the sharing rate of high speed railway. On the base of Logit model, the non-cooperative game model between the high speed railway and civil aviation is build. Meanwhile, the Lemke-Howson algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally, Beijing-Shanghai passenger corridor is taken as an example to verify the research results.
