High-tech based entrepreneurship plays an important role for the promotion of national competitiveness and socio-economic growth.In recent years,science and technology achievements transformation and technology entrepreneurship have gained more attention and support in China.For example,the slogan of mass “entrepreneurship and innovationand” and "encourage scientific research personnel to start entrepreneurship" was writen into the centrel government work report in 2015.So,technology entrepreneurship has been given an important historical responsibility in the current development stage of our country.However,technology entrepreneurship encounters greart challenges in China.First of all,with the dynamic changes in the market environment and shortage of entreprenuers' capacity,the failure rate of entrepreneurship is generally very high.Secondly,comparing to other types of entrepreneurship,with the dual risks of technology and market,technology entrepreneurship is facing higher uncertainty and higher failure rate.Finally,due to the short history and imperfect development of technology entrepreneurship,the effectiveness of technology entrepreneurship is not significant in our country,and the survival rate and growth rate of technology start-ups is very low.At present,the management and service level of the market operation,venture capital investment and all other entrepreneural intermediary are relatively insufficent.And also,the entrepreneurial ecosystem is still imperfect.Therefore,under the current situation of our country,the performance of technology entrepreneurship depends more on the entrepreneurial compentnece of the entrepreneurs.A large number of studies have shown that,comparing with static factors such as personal traits,educational experiences and previous experiences,entrepreneurial learning can explain the differences in the compentnece of entrepreneurs in terms of opportunity identification and development,resource acquisition and utilization.Entrepreneurial knowledges usually are gained from entrepreneurs' own experience,from entrepreneurial practices,or from interaction with social network members.Especially,in today's open world,social network has become an important platform for entrepreneurs to learn how to entrepreneurship.Therefore,social network and entrepreneurial learning play an important role in the process of entrepreneurial activities.So,there are some questions to answer.For example,how to develop entrepreneurial learning in social networks? How to improve the compentnece of technology entrepreneurship through entrepreneurial learning? What role does social network and entrepreneurial learning play in the performance of technology entrepreneurship? What is the mechanism of these actions?In order to answer these questions,based on the theory of social network,entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial compentnece and so on,this paper studies the relationship and mechanism between social network,entrepreneurial learning,technology entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance.On the basis of reviewing previous research,combining with the characteristics of technology entrepreneurship,this paper establish and validate the conceptual conception and mechanism of the main variables mentioned above.This process is mainly achieved through the following research design.Firstly,the concept of the main variables in this paper is further validated by the method of depth interview.On the basis of combing the previous related research,we conducted in-depth interviews with 8 founders and senior managers of 8 high-tech enterprises,focusing on the connotation of the main variables,and the function of social network in entrepreneurship was expanded.Then,the content analysis technology was used to encode and analyze the interview materials.the concept of the main variables was preliminarily obtained.The results show that,consistent with the study of literature: social networks can be considered from two dimensions of network structure and network behavior,and there are many ways of entrepreneurial learning,including vicarious learning,experiential learning and action learning.And also,entrepreneurial competence includes opportunity competence,individual competence,enterprise management competence and professional competence.Secondly,We compared the impact of different previous experience in the social network of entrepreneurs,entrepreneurial learning and technological entrepreneurial compentnece.By comparing the average difference and variance analysis,this paper studies the differences between the different states of the previous experience such as entrepreneurial experience,industry experience and business experience,and the influence for technology entrepreneurs' social network,entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial compentnece.We also used LSD and Tamhane ' s method to carry out the subsequent multiple comparisons.The results show that entrepreneurial experience,business management experience and industry experience have a positive impact on technology entrepreneurs' social network,entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial compentnece.Thirdly,this paper study the relationship and mechanism between social networks,entrepreneurial learning,entrepreneurial compentnece and entrepreneurial performance.The structure equation method is used to analyze the questionnaire data,and the correlation and mechanism of the above variables are tested.The research results show that: the hypothesis about the positive relation between social network and entrepreneurial learning is supported,and the hypothesis about the positive relation between social network and scientific and technological entrepreneurial compentnece is partially supported,and the hypothesis that social network is positive related to the performance of scientific and technology entrepreneurship is partially supported.However,the hypothesis that entrepreneurial learning is positively correlated with entrepreneurial performance is not supported,and the hypothesis that the technology entrepreneurial competence is positively related to the performance of technology entrepreneurship is partially supported.Fourthly,the intermediary role of entrepreneurial learning and technological entrepreneurial compentece was test.On the basis of the research mentioned above,in the structural equation model,the comparative analysis of the model is tested by the comparison of the fitting degree of the competition models,and the direct and indirect effects between the main variables are studied by using the direct(indirect)interaction analysis.Then,using bootstrap method,this paper studies the intermediary role of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial compentence.The results show that between social network and entrepreneurial compentnece,social network and entrepreneurial performance,and entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial performance,there is not only direct effect but also indirect effect.The hypothesis that entrepreneurial learning has a intermediary role in the path of "social network—entrepreneurship learning—entrepreneurial compentnece—entrepreneurial performance” has been supported;the hypotheis that entrepreneurial learning has a intermediary role in the path of “social networking—entrepreneurship learning— Entrepreneurial performance” has been partialy support;the hypothesis that the entrepreneurial compentence has a intermediary role in the path of “social network—entrepreneurial learning—entrepreneurial compentnece—entrepreneurialperformance” and the path of “social network—entrepreneurial compentnece— entrepreneurial performance” has been partialy support.Lastly,the interactive effects of social network and entrepreneurial learning in the technology entrepreneurial activities.Using the hierarchical regression method,this paper examines the interaction effect of the network structure and network behavior,and the interaction effect of vicarious learning,experiential learning and practical learning.The results show that there are interaction effects between network structure and network behavior on practice learning,entrepreneurial compentnece and professional compentnece;there are interaction effects between vicarious learning and experiential learning on individual compentnece,entrepreneurial compentnece,professional compentnece and entrepreneurial performance;there are interaction effects between vicarious learning and practical learning on opportunities compentence,individual comtence,management compentence professional compentnece and entrepreneurial performance;also,there are interaction effects among vicarious learning,experiential learning and practical learning on opportunities compentence.Through the series of research,this paper concludes as follows: there are mulitiple relationship and mechanism among social network,entrepreneurial learning,thechnology entrepreneurial compentnece and entrepreneurial performance;there are direct and indirect relationship between these variables;entrepreneurial learning and technology entrepreneurial compentnece play intermediary roles in the model;there are interaction effects of social network and entrepreneurial learning on technology entrepreneurial activities;the path of "Social network-entrepreneurial learning-technology entrepreneurial compentece-entrepreneurial performance" is the most effective way from social network to entrepreneurial performance.Based on this,we proposes an entrepreneurial learning model based on multiple action mechanisms.In a word,the theoretical and empirical conclusions are meaningful,which provide a useful new way for China's science and technology entrepreneurship.
