Study On The Training Project Operation Of Jiangsu Oilfield Based On The Model Of Competence

At present,there are many theories of enterprise staff training operation,which explore the methods of enhancing the quality of staff training from different perspective.On the basis of checking literature reviews,the writer first analyzes the theories of training project operations of home and abroad,and then summarizes the present situation of training project operation of Jiangsu Oilfield.After learning from some advanced and popular methods of training project operation abroad,the writer finally proposes the sustainable model of training project operation,which is characterized by special training courses and aims at the promotion of competence and training project evaluation.Firstly,on the basis of competence mode,the training project operation has the advantage of optimizing the personnel evaluation standards.According to the competence dictionary and competence model,we have the object description of the specific posts,which become the key points of the performance appraisal,and supply the detailed standards of selection,appointment,evaluation and assessment.Secondly,the training project operation model,which based on the promotion of competence,perfects the operation procession of the training.It achieves consistency of two aspects;the first aspect is the consistency of competence standards and training contents;the second aspect is the consistency of training objectives and occupation development goals.Thirdly,it satisfies three levels of training demands,which are the demand of organization,posts and individual respectively.Finally,it helps to promote the sustainable development of training project.The training based on the competence model and training course system provides the multi-level training.It supports the special ability promotion and the further development of the training.
