Study On The Exhibition Schedule Management For HSJ Agriculture Expo

The theories and tools of project management have been widely applied in various fields.As a type of project,exhibition project possesses both the general characteristics of projects and its unique features.In the past,project management was rarely applied in exhibition projects.However,with the rapid development of China’s exhibition industry,the expanding scale of exhibitions and the increasing difficulty in management,the introduction of scientific theories and tools of project management has become an inevitable trend.Due to the unique periodicity of exhibition project and strict time requirement,schedule management plays an extremely prominent role in carrying out exhibition projects successfully.With HSJ Agriculture Expo as the research object,this paper makes a study o n how to apply the project schedule management theories into each stage of HSJ Agriculture Expo.This paper firstly introduces the related theories and tools of project schedule management,proposes improvement suggestions to solve the problems existing in the preparing process of the exhibition,and then makes a detailed introduction and analysis from the aspects such as project description and deconstruction,activity sequencing,duration estimation and project planning according to the schedule management status of HSJ Agriculture Expo Finally,this paper elaborates the schedule control of HSJ Agriculture Expo.Paper is intended to help the organizing committee to do an effective schedule management,and then creates greater economic and social benefits.Also desirable to provide a reference for other small-scale exhibition projects of government-driven type.
