Research On The Agglomeration Efficiency Of Producer Service In Guangdong From The Perspective Of Industrial Ecology

With the increasing proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP,there is a big trend in the world that economy transformed from "industrial economy" to "service economy".Strengthening the development of producer services has become the research hotspot in the economic circles and the consensus in the world.The experience of developed areas shows that spatial agglomeration is an effective way to promote the rapid development of producer service.In this context,every province has accelerated the pace of producer services agglomeration.A large number of producer service cluster has been built.What is the present situation of producer services in Guangdong? What is the efficiency of agglomeration? The main purpose of this thesis is to discuss these problems.Based on the industrial ecology theory,this thesis studies the agglomeration of producer service by qualitative and quantitative method.(1)Based on the current situation of producer service agglomeration in Guangdong,the author measured the agglomeration level of producer service by using Gini coefficient.It is considered that there exists agglomeration of producer service,but the agglomeration level is low.There is a large difference among subdivided trade structures in the agglomeration level,among which business service is the highest.Then,the author analyzes the ecological factors that affect the agglomeration of the producer service based on input-output table.It is found that the regional economic development level has a better effect on the agglomeration of the producer service.The influence coefficient of the human capital on the financial industry and the science and technology research industry is the highest.The level of urbanization has the greatest impact on the transportation industry,and government behavior is not conducive to the development of leasing and business services.(2)Based on the input-output table data,the static niche and dynamic niche of the productive service industry in Guangdong were evaluated by using location and deviation-share analysis.The results show that niche of the market are obvious,but there is fierce competition in the relatively stable niche.(3)The DEAP2.1 software is used to calculate the agglomeration efficiency of producer service.The results show that theagglomeration efficiency level is not high and the decline trend is obvious in recent years.The difference of agglomeration efficiency between industries is large and there is serious polarization in the aspect of returns to scale.With the help of EMS1.3 software,the author make a rank to the super efficiency value in various regions of Guangdong.The first four followed by Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Dongguan and Zhuhai,and Jieyang,Yunfu are the last two.The author thinks that the level of efficiency and regional economic development are closely related.(4)The thesis puts forward some tentative strategies based on the results of theoretical and empirical analysis so as to promote the development of producer services cluster.
