Research On The Spatial-temporal Patterns And Their Opitimization Ways Of Coordinated Development Between Urban And Rural Areas In Northern Jiangsu Province

The coordinated development of urban and rural areas has always been the main research fields of human geography,it is an Important content to promote the new type of urbanization development,and a practical demand to take the lead in building a well-off society in an all-round way of China.The ‘13th Five-Year' plan is the victory stage of Jiangsu Province to building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the key development stage of Northern Jiangsu to accelerate the revitalization.But on the other hand,Northern Jiangsu is also the typical area that contradiction highlights between urban and rural areas in Jiangsu Province,crying for adequate solution.For the goal of building ‘a new northern Jiangsu with the stronger economy,richer people,more beautiful environment,higher social civilization',and in order to promote the development of northern Jiangsu to enter a new level and provide reference to build a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper analyzes the new relationships and new characteristics of urban and rural development under the new situation,systematically evaluate the development and problems of urban and rural areas in Northern Jiangsu,and put forward the main ways to further optimize.This paper constructed the evaluation index system of urban and rural coordinated development based on selecting the related indexes of urban subsystem and rural subsystem,then using entropy value method,coordination degree model to make a comprehensive measure of the development level of urban and rural areas in northern Jiangsu.It analyzes the spatial and temporal changes of urban and rural development in different spatial scales,from the area,cities and counties of northern Jiangsu,divided them into different types and stages of urban and rural coordinated development.We could quantificational identify and analyze the influencing factors of the coordinated development of urban and rural areas by constructing the regression model of influencing factors of urban and rural coordinated development,using Stata statistical software.Results show that:(1)During 2006 to 2015,the comprehensive development level of urban and rural areas in northern Jiangsu has been increasing year by year.The coordination degree between urban and rural areas has been smoothly transitioned from the accelerated coordination stage to the good coordination stage,and gradually progressed to the high quality coordination stage.The comprehensive development level of urban and rural areas is in the rising period and rising continuously in cities in northern Jiangsu.The coordination degree between urban and rural areas is in the stage of accelerating coordination to good coordination.The spatial pattern of hot and cold spots in the development of urban areas is characterized by the distribution of ‘east lower than west' in counties of northern Jiangsu.The spatial pattern of hot and cold spots in rural areas is generally confirmed to the ‘center-edge' model distribution,center is higher than edge.The spatial pattern of cold hot spots and the level of urban and rural development is similar to the spatial distribution characteristics of the rural development.The spatial pattern of cold and hot spots in coordination degree between urban and rural areas is characterized by the convergence of southwest to northeast,and the characteristics of the hot spots in the northwest and southeast.(2)During 2006 to 2015,on the city scale,three cities of Lianyungang,Huai'an and Suqian are belong to the coordinated development type,two cities of Xuzhou and Yancheng are belong to the basic coordinated development type,and gradually enter to the high quality coordinated development.On the county scale,eighteen counties or cities of Fengxian,Suining,Xinyi,Donghai,Guanyun,Guannan,Lianshui,Hongze,Xuyi,Jinhu,Xiangshui,Binhai,Funing,Sheyang,Jianhu,Shuyang,Siyang,Sihong are belong to the initial coordinated development type of urban and rural coordinated development;three counties or cities of Peixian,Pizhou and Dongtai are in the basic coordination of the development period.(3)Per capita GDP,urbanization rate,total power of agricultural machinery,Internet access rate,road network density,general fiscal revenue,expenditure and other indexes are important factors to affect the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in northern Jiangsu.
