With China's economy comes into a new stage of development,the development of enterprises more and more dependent on their innovate ability.Enterprises can only effectively enhance their ability of independent innovation,in order to achieve sustainable development.Enterprise is a collection of people,how to improve the organization's employees innovative ability is the key to develop the competitive advantage and the focus of academic and business community.In the enterprise,the employee innovation behavior is affected by many factors,there are individual factors,work characteristics,organizational environment factors,different subject areas of individual innovation focus on different.Psychology research focuses on the impact of individual characteristics on innovation,the technical field focuses on the impact of job characteristics on innovation,management is concerned with the impact of organizational environment and management on innovation.In recent years,the research on employee innovation in management field has begun to introduce the research results in the field of psychology and social psychology,and began to consider the comprehensive influence of individual factors and organizational management factors on individual innovation behavior.Although the academic community has done a lot of research on the factors which influence the employees' innovative behavior.However,there are still two problems in the management practice of the enterprise:(1)The management means of innovating employees is single,and a large number of enterprises are overly focused on the performance appraisal.(2)In the application of performance appraisal process,ignoring the indivi dual differences of the employees characteristics,resulting the uncertainty in performance appraisal on the impact of employee innovation behavior,and even in some enterprises,commonly used performance appraisal methods have become an important factor in strangling innovation.The content of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of the grassroots employees in the emerging industry,we choose the variable of the organization's self-esteem to describe the individual characteristics of the grassroots employees and study the influence of the performance appraisal on the employee's innovation behavior and its mechanism;(2)According to the basic theory of management,in the basic functions of management,leadership and control are directly affect the management of employee behavior means.Therefore,for performance appraisal on the adverse effects of employee innovation,whether it can make up through the introduction of new leadership.This article selects the questionnaire survey method,according to the effective questionnaire,using statistical analysis software to analyze the investigation data obtained.The results show that:(1)In our country,the developmental performance appraisal has positive effect on the employee's innovation behavior;the appraisal performance appraisal has a negative impact on the employee's innovation behavior.(2)Transformational leadership plays a regulatory role between performance appraisal and employee innovation behavior That is transformational leadership can correct evaluation model of performance appraisal to employee innovative behavior,enhance the developmental performance appraisal to positive influence on employee innovative behavior.(3)Organizational self-esteem plays a mediating role between performance appraisal and employee's innovation behavior.Finally,summarize the research results,elaborate the theoretical and practical significance of this study,put forward management suggestions for organization managers,and the innovation of this study and the inadequacies of the need to improve the local description.
