At this stage,China's economy is undergoing a period of structural adjustment and growth momentum transformation.It has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.The construction of a modern economic system has become an urgent requirement to cross the juncture and a strategic goal for China's development.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the19 th CPC National Congress: "Innovation is the primary driving force for development and strategic support for the construction of a modern economic system." This more clearly defines the important role of innovation in leading economic and social development.As the main body of innovation,the enterprise plays an important role in the innovation-driven development strategy.The employees,as the main body and cornerstone of the enterprise,undertake all the activities of the enterprise innovation.It can be seen that employees' innovative behavior is a solid foundation for the overall innovation level of the company.Innovation lies in "creating".It is to break the rules.Enterprises should actively encourage employees to try and make mistakes.Because the innovation activity itself is uncertain,it will inevitably cause certain errors.If there is no positive error management atmosphere,it will certainly cause some negative impact on employees,especially the new generation of employees,thus avoiding innovation.Conversely,a positive atmosphere of error will give employees a safe psychological perception,dare to trial and error,bold innovation,and inspire more innovative behavior.The purpose of this research is to explore the influence mechanism between the positive error management climate at the individual level and the innovative behavior of the new generation employees,and to introduce the mediating effect of the innovation self-efficacy and the regulatory effect of the leadership member exchange relationship.On the basis of reviewing and sorting out related literature,the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the variables of error management climate,innovation self-efficacy,leadership exchange relations,and employee innovation behavior were analyzed.Based on this,relevant comments were made.Point out the research direction of this article.At the same time,the research related theories.It mainly introduces social exchange theory,social cognitive theory,ternary interactiontheory and self-efficacy theory.Based on this,it elaborates the relationship among error management climate,innovative self-efficacy,leadership member exchange relationships,and employee innovation behavior variables.Put forward the theoretical model and research hypothesis.A small sample test method was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the maturity scale used in the variables,thus forming the formal scale used in this paper.Through SPSS22.0 statistical software,descriptive statistical analysis,variance analysis and correlation analysis were performed on the data.Finally,relevant results were verified by hypothesis testing.According to the results of empirical data,some management suggestions are proposed.Finally,the conclusions,existing problems and future prospects of this study are summarized.Through empirical analysis,the following research results are obtained: some demographic variables have significant differences for each variable;each variable has a significant correlation;error management atmosphere and its dimensions and innovative behavior among new generation employees are subject to innovative self-efficacy The influence of the intermediary role;error management climate and its mistaken learning,error reflection,error communication and employee innovation behavior are influenced by the adjustment role of the leadership member exchange relationship.
