In recent years,with the entering of foreign seed companies,the competition of China's corn seed market becomes more and more intense.The corn seed industry has entered a difficult period.The policies of China's agricultural were adjusted in 2016.The corn acreage reduced.The price corn fell and the seed has been oversupply.Under this background,the research on the marketing strategy of "Xiang Yu" brand corn seed is very valuable.In this paper,"Xiang jade" brand of corn seed is taken as the object of study.Through the way of questionnaire investigation,the marketing situation of "Xiang Yu" brand corn seed was investigated In the three provinces of Northeast China and the survey data were collected and analyzed.The problems of "Xiang Yu" brand corn seeds in the marketing strategy are found.On the basis of this,the author put forward a set of marketing strategy for the marketing situation of "Xiang Yu" brand corn seed.Hong Xiang seedcompany should enhance the competitiveness of products by the brand story.It should take the difference of the price strategy.While increasing the number of stores and dealers,it should strengthen the marketing of network.Direct and indirect channel common develop at the same time.Hong Xiang seedcompanyshould provide marketing support to distributors through enterprise technical personnel,media and network.It should provide farmers with a full range of supporting services from sowing to harvest.In a word,through the study of the two aspects of theory and practice,the author summarized the existence of "Xiang Yu" brand corn seed marketing strategy on the problems,and put forward the corresponding marketing suggestions,in order to provide useful help for the development of seed industry Hong Xiang.
