Crisis Of Enterprise Cluster Based On Model Of Infectious Diseases Transmission Mechanism Research

With the opening of the global market economy,the enterprise cluster has become an important part of world economy.Under the background of economic globalization,enterprise clusters has showed a strong competitive advantage.In China,with the reform and opening up,it has contributed hugely to the growth of economy of China,especially to the development of the economy of Zhejiang province.Meanwhile,with the globalization of the world economy and the coming of information era,enterprise cluster has been dealing with a more and more complex environment of production and management,which comes together with l endless various predictable and unpredictable crisis.Cluster enterprises has a strong core competitiveness due to its unique geographical advantages: production cost can be reduced,transportation cost can be saved and advantage resources can be shared.But at the same time,cluster enterprises bears more risk than the single enterprise.Being a enterprise cluster,it is easier to lead to a result of success together or failure together.At present,most of the enterprise clusters generally lacks the consciousness of crisis management,and the correct attitude when dealing with the crisis.Once the crisis occurs,the enterprise clusters tend to adopt " cramming " attitude,which is not scientific will greatly undermine the crisis management effect.This paper mainly studies the endogenous epidemic crisis inside the enterprise cluster.The study proofs that the spreading of enterprise cluster crisis is contagious,by a detailed analysis of the causes of the crisis of enterprise cluster,and it is similar to the spread of infectious disease transmission principle.Research on mechanism of spreading of enterprises cluster crisis will discover the regular pattern of it,and lay the foundation for the enterprise clusters to prevent crisis effectively and timely.Hereby we will verify the actual significance of this model through the analysis of quality crisis of Zhejiang province Jinhua ham enterprise cluster.
