China is a large country with a capacity of 9.6 million square kilometers,the terrain west high east low,mountains and rivers,southeast coastal distribution,northwest desert aspect,southwest similar tropical rain forest climate,northeast four season temperature difference.Unique terrain and profound impact on the Chinese children's economic activities.In the long river of history,although the different regions of the people to the Chinese nation has brought a splendid cultural treasures,but it is undeniable that the southeast coastal thanks to the superior geographical environment,the economic situation gradually lead the country,people's awareness of rights In the continuous improvement,the pursuit of a higher standard of living hope is also growing,there has been a Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone,there have been a large number of outstanding enterprises and entrepreneurs;northeast as a veteran industrial area,now the development situation bottlenecks.The western region is relatively poor natural environment,traffic is more closed,people's salary satisfaction is changing.The central six provinces in recent years,the rapid development,but it seems that the gap is also widening.This paper focuses on whether financial accountability affects the level of pay,that is,whether there is a correlation between financial fairness and pay levels.According to the division of the four major economic regions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,the country is divided into the northeast,east,central and western regions,listing all the listed companies in various economic regions and numbered them,using the random number table method in the four economic regions Select 120 listed companies as a small sample,respectively,to find the listed company's cash flow statement,calculate the Lacker coefficient,as the dependent variable;and use the Cathay Pacific database to find out the company's per capita pay,per capita input-output ratio as The quantification of financial fairness as an independent variable.And then construct the relationship model between the two,using SPSS data processing software for correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that the degree of financial fairness in different years and different economic regions is different for the level of salary level,but in general,there is a difference between per capita salary,per capita input-output ratio and Rakel coefficient With a clear linear correlation.And puts forward corresponding suggestions for the different salary satisfaction expressed by the four major economic regions.If the Rakel coefficient is high,according to our conclusion,it means that the per capita salary is higher and the per capita input and output is relatively low.The enterprise should strive to improve the laborproductivity because the salary is sufficient to match the degree of payment and the material incentive should be reduced accordingly,According to our conclusion,indicating that per capita pay is low,per capita input and output is relatively high,this time the enterprise should improve staff salaries,improve staff job satisfaction,happiness,the use of other incentives;Sense and identity.
