The Influence Of Intercity Railway On Regional Economic Development

Traffic is the source of social and economic development.The development of economy and society cannot be separated from the displacement of personnel and flow and objects in space.As a new form of modern transportation,intercity railway can improve the accessibility of city,improve the transportation capacity and promote the development of regional economy.First of all,this paper defines the concept of intercity railway and regional economy,points out the functional orientation and technical features of intercity railway,and introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and grey prediction model theory.Then from the "node city" and "the area" and "regional integration" three level of Intercity Railway on the regional economic impact,pointed out that the intercity railway for node city to meet passenger demand,enhance the accessibility and increase the attractiveness of the city.For the region along the line to improve freight capacity,accelerate the flow of production factors and change the regional spatial structure.For the region as a whole can optimize the industrial structure,increase employment opportunities,and promote the overall economy.It provides the basis for constructing the evaluation index system.Third,taking Chang Jiu intercity railway as an example,this paper calculates the weight of the influence of Intercity Railway on the three party,and uses the grey forecasting model to calculate the rate of increase of each index.Will increase the rate multiplied by the weight,calculated before and after the opening of two years nine Intercity Railway Comprehensive Evaluation score.Then calculate and correspond changes in the past few yearsFinally,Sum up the results of the analysis.Provide policy recommendations for the development of other horizontal intercity-rail investment and Chang nine area.
