Study On The Relationship Between Economic Marketization And The Advanced Industrial Structure

Different stages of economic development face different constraints and factors,this is a dynamic process.After a period of rapid development,China's economic development has entered a stage of "new normal".Faced with a more complex economic environment than ever before,new requirements for economic development have been put forward.How to accurately grasp the different development needs around the new normal and have a clearer understanding of the economic marketization and the advanced industrial structure and the possible changes of their relationship,and then providing a reference for future economic development is very important.This paper establishes the evaluation system of market index to measure the degree of market economy from four dimensions and 18 sub indicators,which including the liberalization of economic subJect,the degree of export-oriented economic,government intervention in the economy,the market environment.Then this paper uses the range transformation method and the power average synthesis model to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of marketization degree.In measuring the degree of industrial structure supererogation,this paper selects the UPG index as a criterion to measure the actual situation of each province.In the foundation of the rating index system,this paper selects the annual data of 11 provinces and cities in the eastern region of China from 2000 to 2014 as the sample of the actual measurement.Then,it also analyzes and evaluates the actual situation and development trend of the Economic marketization and the Advanced industrial structure of each province.Then,this paper constructs the panel threshold model by using the theory of panel threshold and selecting R?D,FDI and FIN as the control variables.The results show that the Economic marketization has positive impact on the upgrading of the Advanced industrial structure.When the economic marketization level is below 7.899,the influence coefficient of the industrial structure is 0.152.When the level of economic marketization crosses the first threshold value,and getting into the this interval of(7.899,9.819),then the impact coefficient increases to 0.255.When the level of the economic marketization crosses the second threshold,that is,when the economic market index is greater than 9.819,the impact coefficient is reduced to 0.217.However,we can also find that the influence presents the shape of inverted "U",which means that it will rise firstly and then weaken It will rise first and then gradually weaken.If you want to continue to deepen the upgrade the industrial structure,you must consider more advanced factors.In view of the above conclusions,combined with the economic "new normal" background,this paper puts forward some suggestions from two aspects.On the one hand,continuing to improve the level of the economic marketization,which can give full play to its role in promoting industrial structure.The measures in detail include: Firstly,they should speed up the transformation of government functions and try to build a service-oriented government and reduce the direct intervention.Secondly,Eastern provinces should relax government regulation,and give full play to the advantage of the eastern region to develop the non-state-owned economy.Thirdly,taking full advantage of their first-mover advantages,continuing to promote the process of opening up.Fourth,they should improve the external environment of the market and give protection and support for technological innovation.On the other hand,the advanced provinces should continue to tap new drivers.The specific measures include: trying to find new hot spots of the industry,and taking use of them to promote the process of service-oriented economy;relying on the development of information technology to promote industrial restructuring.
