Software development-oriented IT projects with common characteristics from general project has its own features,such as strong dependency on people,varies changes from customers,high quality requirements and so forth.These features,thus,requires a decent project management system to ensure the successful delivery of the project which commit to the quality.This thesis is to study how to design and build a structural project management system properly for the H outsourcing company,with which the company could resolve existing problems and improve the quality of providing.So further ensure a smooth delivery that could raise clients' satisfaction and,for the company,to create more profits.This study uses existing methodology with full management experience both home and abroad,based on the project process group and the project knowledge field.In view of some key problems like organizational structure confusion,communication gaps,frequent changes and unsatisfied quality,the paper gives deep analysis,detailed issue addressing and provides solutions with the relevant theoretical knowledge.With these findings,the essay shaped a project management system for the H outsourcing company,including the framework of management process,project organization and teams,project management tools and methods.To manage project actions by standardizing guidance,the project could operate more smoothly.In the process of implementation,project management tools for each management activities could help project managers and members being more efficient during their work.In addition,by specifying the workflow of each developing and testing phases,management software could help people to confirm tasks,and ensure them to be completed indeed.In aspect of project organization and teams,make an appointment of project managers by the project manager capacity model could have all team members on their duties.With the built of appropriate project management system,the first is to obtain confirmations from stakeholders to support the implementation of the project management system itself.By eliminating obstacles from the way of implementation,put feasibility analysis of the project management system into practice to guarantee having proper projects and persons.Finally,in accordance with the plan to implement the construction of the project management system,managers need to collect relative data and information in the implementation process and evaluate outputs and problems.Then managers could publish useful experience between teams and promote the resolution of finding issues and apply to the new stage of project.Achieving above steps,a deep completed project management system has been built.With this system,H outsourcing company could get more capacity recognition from customer side and so,more projects coming for sure.Therefore,continues successful delivery could earn better trust which will lead the H outsourcing company increase not only in size,but also in its value as well.
