Internet thinking,as a frequently used theme in recently years,has its presence not only in the e-commerce field,but also shows different format in broader industries.Internet and its derivative features have overturned traditional business models.The trend of internet-enabled business has widely covered various traditional industries.Hence research on management issues caused by the combination of traditional enterprises and Internet has its significance and value.With the rapid development of Internet enterprises,human resources management concept and practical operation for the Internet industry are more unique,compared to other industries.Frequent modifications on organizational structure,position settings and role responsibilities of Internet enterprises are made in line with business strategic goals and business operation models.Being different from relatively fixed organizational formats of traditional industries,Internet enterprises must establish flexible and agile organizational models including department and position setting,role responsibility,etc.Personnel requirements vary because Internet enterprises possess different strategies and business models.Nowadays,due to advancement of Internet technologies,leaders of Internet enterprises are no longer pure technology experts,nor creative business geniuses.What the industry needs is to create new products,services and business operation models via Internet technologies.Subversive business models and organizations also have brand-new and comprehensive requirements on the culture and employees.Talents at various new positions are demonstrating different values in this rapidly changing battle.This paper,with the basis of new industry status of traditional enterprises against Internet economy,compares successful management experience and cases of Internet enterprise management,summarize the analysis and solution models of problems encountered during the process of the traditional company BN transforming into Internet companies.For the role change of human resources in these companies,analysis is conducted in all modules such as structure setting,personnel recruitment,appraisal management,employee motivation,echelon establishment and so on.Feasibility and value of human resources management in the period of major organizational change are verified by the actual case of BN company strategy and business direction reform.
