Today,globalization and economic integration are the most important and determining factors in the development of economies.In the 21 st century,China became a member of the World Trade Organization;its economy is facing a tough international competition.In Russia China is perceived as a dynamically developing country and a powerful political and economic center.Sino-Russian relations have reached an unprecedentedly high level.Recently,a developed legal framework for bilateral cooperation has been created;more than 250 agreements on the intergovernmental and interstate levels have already been signed.Agreements on mutually beneficial cooperation have been signed between 55 regions and cities of Russia and China.In order to be stable in the Russian market,foreign enterprises should know the strategies of the modern economy.It includes strategies for working with the organization's staff: Chinese or Russian employees should be aware of cultural diversity in the workplace and make an effective team management.Analyzing the challenges and strategies of cross-cultural management will help to present effective strategies for trade logistic companies' managers of two countries,China and Russia.Moreover,this research plays a significant role in the management improvement in the workplace with cultural diversity on the example of Sino-Russian trade logistic company.The research includes a review of the related information about cross-cultural management,the questionnaire survey,SPSS data analysis,identification of the main strategies of cross-cultural management and recommendations to the company for further improvement.Data were collected from Russian and Chinese employees of two Sino-Russian trade logistic companies,SCS Logistics and Cargo Company.Using the methods analysis,such as descriptive statistical,correlation and regression analyses,questionnaires data was distributed,eight hypotheses were established and the specifics of managing cross-cultural issues between Chinese and Russian employees were revealed.Moreover,innovative and effective cross-cultural management strategies plan was determined through the data analysis.
