The Research On Employees Motivation Mechanism Of The Agricultural Development Bank Of China J Province

Set up in November,1994 as the unique agricultural policy bank under the control of the State Council in China,Agricultural Development Bank of China is mainly responsible for serving the agriculture and the economic development in villages under the guidance of national laws,regulations and general and specific policies,by raising funds on the basis of national credit,undertaking the agricultural policy oriented financial services,and appropriating agriculture supporting fund as the agency of the finance.Since its establishment,Agricultural Development Bank of China focuses on the central tasks,serves the overall situation,promotes innovative development,and follows the rules of the bank,advancing in exploration and developing in reformation.It makes great contributions on ensuring national food security,protecting the benefits of farmers,maintaining the market stability of agricultural products,and promoting the integration of urban and rural development.Based on survey of branch bank of Agricultural Development Bank of China in J province and incentive theories especially the ERG Theory,this paper analyzed the status quo of its incentive mechanism and the result derived from the questionnaires and found some problems such as imperfect compensation system,inadequate performance appraisal,and single promotion channel,which can't satisfy the employees' need of subsistence,interpersonal relation,and growth and development.To tackle these problems,the paper put forwards some suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism,including carrying out broadband salary System,establishing evaluation system based on balanced scorecard,establishing scientific selection and appointment mechanism,promoting the construction of enterprise culture and so on.
