| Agricultural products are material basis for human survival and development,along with changes in consumer attitudes,people's demand for fresh produce is increasing.As a special safety problems of agricultural commodities has been widespread community concern and attention,but the current focus on domestic agricultural production,processing and marketing of agricultural products quality and safety of cold chain logistics and transportation problems are not taken seriously enough.Typically,there are many problems in the whole cold chain logistics and transport of agricultural products quality management,such as agricultural scheduling response time is too slow,cold chain storage backlog of agricultural,agro cold chain transport track is not timely,etc.These problems cause serious damage to agricultural products,and even the occurrence of a number of serious safety accidents.Therefore,this paper cold chain transport of agricultural products for the study,the particularity of cold chain transport of agricultural products,the paper analyzes the impact of cold chain logistics and transport quality and safety of the key factors,specifically cold chain logistics and transport safety problems;followed by road transport as patients from different structural levels of transport equipment,transportation programs,transportation and vehicle management services,transportation organizations to analyze how to improve the cold chain logistics and transportation security;Finally,by creating an efficient supply chain,logistics and cold chain equipment and technology innovation,"Farm" and investment,accelerate the construction and improvement of information technology in four areas of cold chain logistics and transportation system and other relevant rules and regulations,safety measures put forward recommendations on agricultural produce cold chain logistics and transport quality,provide a reference for the quality and safety of China's cold chain logistics and transport management. |
