The Comparative Study On Regional Urban System Between Jiangxi Province And Jiangsu Province

As an inevitable product of social economy development,urban system serve as an important criteria to measure country developed degree,different areas has different requirements of urban system construction,the study of regional urban system helps to understand the regional economic and social organization structure.The article selects in Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province as the research object,making a comparative of two provinces city system according to different types of area in order to provide effective theory basis of urban system planning and development trend,resource rational utilization and collocation optimization of the two provinces.The article make analysis of urban system in Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province on the basis of combining with the relevant literature and urban system theory,to summarize difference and similarity among scale structure,functional system,spatial structure.Offering proposals of urban system problems both Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province.This paper expounds the overall situation of the study area and research significance,summarize RESEARCH ACTUALITY,achievement,related notion and theoretical basis,make a comparison of urban system configuration between Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province.Firstly,the paper summarizes urban system scale structure between Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province using the method of the urban pyramid,Law of the Primate City rank-size rule and multiple-indicators comprehensive evaluation method etc.and founds that population scale in Jiangxi province presents "pointed hat" primate city distribution,population size distribution in Jiangsu province presents polarization characteristic.Comprehensive population size structure of the two provinces,the paper founds Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province has big difference in urban system and it is imperfect of Jiangxi province urban hierarchy.Secondly,this paper uses the location entropy theory and urban flow intensity model,specialization index analysis,method of quantitative analysis of the economic foundation to analyze characteristics of urban functional structure in Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province,and simulates function classification of the two provinces by using SOM neural network model,results show that the two provinces city functions are mainly composed of industrial function and complementary with business function.Besides,the results also found that mining industry of individual cities in Jiangxi province degree of specialization is prominent.Contrast urban system functional structure characteristic in Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province,the paper found urban function of Jiangsu province is diverse and scattered,center city in Jiangxi province is with high monopoly power,urban function characteristic presents convergence,single in type and division of function is uncertainty.Again,this paper applies the correlation dimension of fractal theory to comparative urban system spatial structure of Jiangxi and Jiangsu province,the results show that urban system in Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province has fractal characteristic,regional cities are focused on a geographical elements.Compared with Jiangsu province,interaction ability of Jiangxi province shows weaker than Jiangsu province,tendency of spatial linkage changes is the transition period between compact and disperse.Finally,this paper summarizes the result of the comparative study of Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province and propose some relative suggestion.At first,Jiangxi province and Jiangsu province should be perfect their structure of urban system scale according to their respective regional location;at second,the paper proposed the key support region deputy center city of advice aiming at the problems of urban system in Jiangxi province;at third,come up with the advice of focusing on developing small cities in order to achieve a balanced development of urban system in Jiangsu province;at fourth,put forward to a advice to play radiation and driving function of urban agglomeration,metropolitan area and growth pole.
