Study On “Two Fields” Farmland Regulation Model Research Based On Cultivated Land Functional Differentiation

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the contradictions between human and land are becoming increasingly acute.Nowadays,cultivated land fragmentation is the biggest stumbling block in the development of modern agriculture,The traditional Small famers model is unable to meet the needs of modern agricultural.Therefore agricultural land consolidation and Land confluence not only had a huge role on the development of new agriculture that make agricultural land consolidation and combine the small piece of land into large piece of land,but also were the Demand of the guarantee food security and promote urbanization.This paper based on explore effective farmland regulation mode for the target,referenced from domestic and foreign advanced agricultural scale management method and mode,together with rural family division of intergenerational and Cultivated land function differentiation,put forward the " two field" hypothesis,and then calculate the expected effect of” two field” by empirical research.Research draw the following conclusions:(1)With the development of national economy,the proportion of agriculture come down,so more and more young adults choose to rural town,rural ageing and hollowing become more and more serious.(2)Cultivated land fragmentation has a significant positive impact on agricultural labor input,plot a unit increase in the number,the corresponding farmers input of labor inputs per unit area increased 0.482 units,Plot the average area of each additional unit,the corresponding farmers into labor inputs to reduce 8.245 units per unit area.Cultivated land fragmentation has a significant negative impact on the agricultural production efficiency,plot a unit increase in the number,the corresponding agricultural production efficiency to reduce the 0.0035 units,plot the average area of each additional unit,agricultural production efficiency is increased 0.259 units.(3)With the development of social economy and the improvement of living standards of farmers,for farmers,the main functions of the cultivated land is no longer guarantee the basic life and increase the economic income but the job security function.So many farmers choose to transfer part of the land,farm the land that can meet the demand of the family food.In this way can be part of the labor force from the land,migrant workers or peripheral odd jobs in order to obtain the biggest economic benefits.(4)After implementing the "two field",farmers to labor input amounts per acre is expected to reduce 31.12%,agricultural cost reduced by 8.45% per mu,agricultural income will increase by 20.63%,agricultural production efficiency will be increased by53.65%.
