Study On The Logistics Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt

Yangtze River Economic Zone is the river economic belt,which has the global influence,has obvious advantages,and has broad prospects for the development of the logistics industry.In 2014 the State Council issued "the logistics industry development and long-term planning","on relying on the golden waterway of the Yangtze River Economic Zone to promote the development of guidance" and the 2016 introduction of the "Yangtze River Economic Zone Development Plan" provides a blueprint for the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Logistics.In this situation,it is particularly necessary to analyze the current situation of the logistics development of the Yangtze River economic belt,especially the current situation and influencing factors of the logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,n order to provide more targeted countermeasures for the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt Logistics.On the basis of combing the present situation of the logistics development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone,this paper uses the data envelopment analysis(DEA)method to quantitatively evaluate the logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River economic belt in 2006 and 2014,and use the Tobit regression method to analyze the logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River Influencing factors were studied,the following conclusions were drawn: First,the Yangtze River economic zone logistics industry has a greater space for development,which the growth of the rate that the increased value of logistics industry in Yangtze River is lower than the same period of the national economic growth rate,and the increased value of logistics industry in the national economy is also a low proportion.Second,the logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Zone is generally higher,but there are also redundant situation.In particular,the logistics efficiency of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River is the highest,and the logistics efficiency in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is the second.The logistics efficiency in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is the lowest.The province with large redundancy is Sichuan,which may be related to large-scale reconstruction of post-disaster infrastructure.Third,the factors affecting the logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River belt are multifaceted.Among them,the impact of economic development on the efficiency of logistics has a U-shaped relationship,the tertiary industry,the transportation infrastructure,the information level,the government intervention and the opening to the outside world have promoted the improvement of the logistics efficiency.However,the investment in the fixed assets of the logistics has suppressed the improvement of the logistics efficiency.The reason for this result is that some of the logistics infrastructure investment planning is not appropriate,the investment efficiency is not high.In the light of the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the concept of modern logistics development,the reform of logistics system,the optimization of logistics resource allocation and the training logistics personnel team.
