| Yangtze River economic belt,through our coastal and inland and link the eastern,central and western areas effectively,,has provided important support for China’s sustained economic development. In September 25, 2014, the State Council issued "Guidance that rely on the golden waterway to promote development of the Yangtze River economic belt," then the Yangtze River economic belt become formally national strategy. The key of constructing and developing the Yangtze River economic belt is to link the industries and infrastructure of the Yangtze River economic belt and the downstream, to flow the elements together, and unify the market. Commercial circulation is the industry which the main object is the circulation of commodities in the national economy, as a bridge linking production and consumption, commercial circulation is the carrier of a variety of factors of production assembly, integration and fusion, and It is to determine the speed of the economy, an important part of social reproduction related to the smooth conduct, it is also the key of developing the national economy healthily steadily and sustainably. Trading circulation efficiency is the core indicators of measuring commercial circulation, which comprehensively reflect running rhythm of commercial circulation and speed of implementation.This article analyze the current status of the Yangtze River economic belt’s Trading circulation efficiency from the capital efficiency, staff efficiency, market efficiency,business efficiency. Secondly, use factor analysis model to evaluate the Trading circulation efficiency of whole Yangtze River economic belt in 2000-2014 years. and analyzes the evolution trend of Trading circulation efficiency of the Yangtze River economic belt efficient and the reasons of this trend, The empirical results show that the trend of Trading circulation efficiency of the whole Yangtze River economic belt is consistent with the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River economic belt,showed an upward trend, In addition, high efficiency of commercial circulationareas are mainly concentrated in the relatively high level of economic development of the downstream region, the low efficiency of commercial circulation areas are mainly concentrated in the lower level of economic development in the upstream region.Further empirical results show that openness, industrial structure, and urbanization have a positive effect on trading circulation efficiency, however, the proportion of government spending has a negative effects on Trading circulation efficiency.The innovation of this paper is to discuss the issues of regional differences in the development of commercial circulation of the Yangtze River economic belt from the perspective of trading circulation efficiency, unlike traditional regional differences in perspective, from the level of the flow of commerce to analyze the efficiency gap between regional trade development level of circulation, it is at present development of the supplement and deepen our commercial circulation, and based on panel data describes the factors affecting the flow of commerce efficiency Yangtze River economic belt, which it make up for the lack of current research. |
