Research On Marketing Strategy Of Light Industrial Enterprises Under The New Normal

With the gradual development of new urbanization in China,as China’s national strategy,become the focus of the various regions are discussed.The suburbs of the city are the most rapid development areas of new urbanization,and the development of new urbanization in the suburbs adopt different development patterns,showing a variety of characteristics.One of the city in promoting the construction of new urbanization which play an important role,more and more attention by theorists,it is in the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is an innovation.However,there are still some problems in this process.Therefore,the study on the new urbanization development model in the suburban production city is helpful to promote the new urbanization construction,which has guiding significance for forming a new pattern of urban and rural economic development integration,and has reference significance for the similar new urbanization construction.This paper summarizes the urbanization trajectory of Qingdao,and analyzes three main development models in the process of new urbanization: one is from the top to the next,but with the deepening of urbanization,There is a lack of motivation for sustainable development of urbanization,infrastructure construction lag,uneven distribution of urban and rural interests and other issues;one is spontaneous from the bottom up,but there are too high production and operation costs,the flow factor of production slow,low land use But there are problems such as backwardness of various systems in the process of urbanization,insufficient space for development,uneven distribution of resources,imperfection of social security,and so on.In view of these problems,this article draws lessons from the experience of advanced new urbanization development at home and abroad,with practice to guide theory,from the analysis of suburban urbanization constraints,try to establish "government-private-market" interactive mode of production city,using production integration,The industry and urban linkage development,coordination and progress,from the reform of land,household registration,enterprises,infrastructure construction,urban management system and other aspects,innovative ideas,the reform of the existing urbanization system,give full play to the government,Their role,the industrial function,urban functions,ecological functions of integration,the real building livable should be happy new urbanization.And put forward the safeguard measures to the implementation of this development model,and effectively promote the development of urbanization in China.
