In recent years,protecting the environment and conserving resources has become the focus of governments and societies.Governments and scholars have paid much attention to green supply chain,which makes environmental protection perspective into the supply chain management.Green supply chain is a supply chain model which has a comprehensive consideration of environmental benefits and economic benefits.It requires companies in the supply chain to implement green procurement,green design,green production,green consumption and so on.This paper introduces the basic situation of green supply chain,and shows the advantages and disadvantages of green supply chain through the comparison.It shows that extended producer responsibility can promote the implementation of green supply chain.Extended producer responsibility requires the product manufacturer to be responsible for the recovery of the product in the end.Extended producer responsibility works from product manufacturer.Then the product manufacturer will require other companies in this supply chain to implement green supply chain.This paper has made a simulation of home appliance industry using the method of system dynamics.The appliance industry is implementing the extended producer responsibility and the green supply chain.We find out that the government subsidy policy has a positive effect on the supply chain.The impact of the subsidy policy will affect the consumer demand and the production and sales of the supply chain.To find out the proper amount of government subsidies,this paper has also made a game calculation of the regular recovery and the informal recyclers.We get the minimum value of the amount of government subsidy through the condition hypothesis and calculation and find the influencing factors of this value.
