Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment,human capital,as an important component of enterprise's core competitiveness,is becoming more and more important.With the increasing importance of human resources,more and more enterprises pay more attention to the construction and development of human resources.Research on competency model,as a basic work of human resource development,is becoming the key link of selecting talents and training talents.More and more researchers begin to turn the angle of view to the research of competence,and the human resource management model based on competency model provides a scientific angle of view for the selection and training of managers.There is a certain depth and breadth of research on competency and its model both at home and abroad,but there are few researches on livestock industry and senior managers.On the basis of previous research on competency,the senior managers of livestock industry are taken as the research object,and how to construct the competency model of senior managers in animal husbandry is discussed.Through the study of the large number of references,and combined with the famous enterprise leadership model,industry characteristics,industry benchmarking analysis by winning competency characteristic factor,then through the questionnaire survey the competency of the importance of descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity and factor analysis with SPSS software,the final research from top management competency model of animal husbandry industry.The model is applied to the analysis of the training demand analysis of YM company,and a new analysis method is put forward.In the process of building the competency model of senior managers,the author has done a lot of empirical research on the senior managers of livestock industry,and applied the model to the training needs analysis of YM company.It not only reveals the characteristics of excellent senior managers themselves,but also provides reference and support for human resource management in related industries.
