Since 2015,Chinese downtown pressure on the economy increases gradually,accelerate the transformation of economic system,a large number of surplus labor released to the society gradually,and there are more and more college graduates,the employment pressure is huge.It is limited to solve the employment problem by providing jobs in the formal sector.It is easy to enter tourism informal sector with big scale,and can help to alleviate the employment pressure in China to compensate for lack of formal employment.Internet and Tourism sharing economy,brings the tourism employment pattern changes,including the expanding of tourism informal employment scale,changes in population characteristics,the way of operation and the change of employment motivation and so on.This paper focuses on the study of informal employment in tourism accommodation,in order to provide a occupation development reference for youth and new labors.The article is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,a detailed description of the research background,purpose and significance;The second part is literature review,combing the tourism informal employment,the research progress of sharing economy and employment,and puts forward the problem;The third part analyses the sharing of tourism accommodation and employment,including the connotation and characteristics of the sharing of tourism accommodation,employment characteristics and changing;The fourth part is the empirical research on tourism informal employment based on the sharing of accommodation,introduces the method and process of research and data acquisition,analysis and interpretation of the results.The fifth part is the study of their future behavior tendency,and the way how employment motivation affects the selection of future development.In the sixth part,a detail analysis of the existing problem of informal employment in tourism accommodation sharing are discussed,and puts forward the corresponding solutions;The seventh is the conclusion and prospect.This paper uses the methods of semi-structured interviews and questionnaires,drawing the following conclusions: First,with the impact of Internet and sharing economic,informal employed persons who is young and high educational,is gradually increased,post-80 and post-90 takes up the majority,and their occupation background is complex.Second,summarizes the 5 major motivations that affect the choice about tourism informal employment in accommodation sharing industry,including economic factors(reduce the burden of housing,apportionment of rent and increase income),family factors(family endowment and pension),take it as a entrepreneurship starting point,the pursuit of freedomand social intercourse.Third,the informal employment based on the sharing of accommodation provides a diversified career development channel for practitioner,most practitioners have a clear plan for the future development.Take it as a entrepreneurship starting point,family factors and the pursuit of freedom have a significant impact on their future development choice.Finally,the paper discusses the problems of informal employment that existing in the business process.
