Research On Improvement Of Government Procurement Project Evaluation System

On the basis of introducing the relevant theories of government procurement bidding,this paper studies the problems existing in the process of government procurement and evaluation,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system and studies its improvement and optimization plan.Finally,from the economic,technical and social evaluation to improve the evaluation index system,making the evaluation results more scientific and reasonable,thereby reducing project risk.In this paper,the attribute hierarchy model(AHM)is used to determine the weight of the index,and the quantitative and qualitative methods are combined effectively.The weights are evaluated and evaluated accurately.The value of the project is improved by using the value engineering and cost-benefit method.Reduce the impact of human factors,and ultimately determine the ideal bidder.In this paper,the success evaluation method is used to evaluate the project after evaluation.After the evaluation of the project,the bidding process is expected to meet the expected goals and requirements,which will play an important role in the improvement of the quality of the late bidding,thus improving and improving the evaluation management system.Finally,the evaluation system of the design system is validated by the specific construction evaluation system,which verifies the scientificity,validity and applicability of the evaluation system.The research of this paper has certain reference value to perfect the evaluation method of bidding and bidding of government procurement in our country.
