Based on the observation of life and combing of literature,we find that there may be a certain correlation between the Information Sharing Behavior of Leaders and the Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB)of Employees. In the era of rapid development of information technology, the use of "WeChat Friends Circle" almost covers a variety of situations. Therefore,I choose "WeChat Friends Circle" as the network platform to explore whether and how leaders' Information Sharing Behavior will influence OCB.According to the relevant theories of organizational behavior,on the basis of systematic review and summary of a large number of academic research results,we know that OCB has become an important field of organizational employee behavior research. On the basis of the existing theory, this study proposes and test empirically the influence mechanism between leader's Network Information Sharing Behavior and employees' Organizational Citizenship Behavior.I analyzes and discusses the quality of Leadership Member Exchange(LMX)and Perceived Organizational Support(POS)on the intermediary role between the two in order to let leaders know how to improve their own Information Sharing Behavior by "WeChat Friends Circle" and provide some feasible suggestions to improve the employees' OCB.I firstly propose three research questions in the research background, respectively, whether the Network Information Sharing Behavior of leaders will affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees?Does the Network Information Sharing Behavior of leaders affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees by influencing the LMX between leaders and members?Does the Network Information Sharing Behavior of leaders affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees by affecting the POS?Then, the theoretical and empirical research results of domestic and foreign scholars are reviewed and summarized to establish a theoretical model suitable for this study. In this study,WeChat circle of friends is selected as the network platform for analysis. The model takes the Network Information Sharing Behavior of leaders as the independent variable and the OCB of employees as the dependent variable, and divides it into three dimensions: job-oriented behavior, altruistic behavior and organizational public welfare behavior. The model takes LMX and POS as mediating variables.Next,SPSS20.0 software was used for empirical analysis of 378 valid questionnaire data. Finally, the hypothesis is verified and the empirical analysis conclusions as follows:Firstly,Network Information Sharing Behavior has a significant positive impact on employee's OCB.Network Information Sharing Behavior has significant positive influence on three dimensions of OCB.Secondly,LMX plays a part of mediating role between Network Information Sharing Behavior and OCB.Finally,POS plays a part of mediating role between network information sharing behavior and organizational citizenship behavior. In a word, through the empirical data analysis, this paper proposes that leaders should make good use of "WeChat Friends Circle" to promote communication outside the workplace;Leaders should pay attention to build a good leadership member exchange relationship with employees;Leaders should strengthen organizational support for employees.
