The history of architectural decoration goes back to ancient times.In essence,adornment is actually a kind of beautification building behavior.Nowadays,architectural decoration projects are not only an act,but also a process.The building decoration industry formed scale and developed into a sunrise industry in recent times.After nearly four decades of development,the construction decoration industry in China has become an important pillar industry in the national economy.But,after a period of prosperity,it gradually moved into a negative era.In the new period changes of industrial structure,building decoration of a complete set of production and construction link not to have the fundamental change,the construction site is still the traditional manual operation and the backward management system.Today,China is faced with the new normal economy,although economy growth than in the past,but due to long-term currency issue policy,caused the imbalance in the structure of fiscal revenue,the substantial depreciation of the currency purchasing power.With the disappearance of the demographic dividend,the cost of labor has been rising year by year,shaking up the entire construction industry market,and the competition is fierce.This article summarizes the other scholars in the architectural decoration industry marketing strategy research point of view,and a lot of point of view to promote the development of decoration enterprise,and with TME building decoration company as the background,from the Angle of economics,and the rules of the development of the industry in the decoration industry development present situation are introduced.Using the PEST analysis method,this paper discusses the macro environment of architectural decoration industry,and predicts the broad prospect of future market demand.Then the five force model analysis was used to analyze the competitive threat of TME building decoration company.Find out how many unscientific methods the company has in marketing.Combining the company's own resource ability,it puts forward the solution of segmentation,selecting target market and precise market positioning.And according to the customer segmentation,target market and market positioning of the solution set out the company's marketing strategy,including: product development,promotion and pricing strategy,channel strategy and modern information platform,monitoring strategy and market demand,cost and quality control strategy,staff incentive mechanism in accordance with their own marketing strategy.In this paper,in the process of creation,fractionizing market when it is a combination of consumer behavior theory,marketing theory,finally successfully explored a set of accord with TME building decoration company's marketing strategy.This article cannot be shocking,but enough to give architectural decoration industry has brought new visual impact,want paper to TME company marketing strategy research of driving the development of the company at the same time can provide a reference and reference to peer business operators.
