In the past35years, the scale of China Building Decoration Industry average annual growth rate of nearly17%, with growth slowing domestic economy and weak global economic growth, making the competition in the domestic market increasingly fierce architectural decoration. Meanwhile, JD gentle development company in recent years, to address the growing problem of JD company development, the level of development to catch up with peers, get back on the top100industry, therefore, JD companies need to increase emphasis on strategic development planning.In this paper, JD companies for the study, the use of corporate strategic management theory and methods to study domestic architectural decoration industry trends, analyze the JD companies, external environmental factors, and on this basis up to plan the next three years the company’s overall strategic objectives JD, and JD corporate strategy, strategic steps, measures functional layer, and around the goal to develop a series of implementing measures to ensure the achievement of the overall strategic objectives.Based on the JD Company Business Office, the Office of the Ministry of Finance and industry data, research, statistical analysis, JD managers at all levels of the company and external stakeholders were interviewed on the basis of the use of PEST analysis, Porter’s model JD external environment analysis, summarized the factors external threats and opportunities; against JD internal environment analysis and study, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of internal factors, the SWOT matrix for strategic analysis, the conclusions based on the analysis of the2017plan to become building decoration industry hundred enterprises to achieve the overall goal of1billion yuan of business strategy, and innovation of both the industry and the public equipment company JD curtain wall industry diversification strategy, product differentiation strategy shopping malls, office areas, looking for strategic partners to establish strategic alliances and other functional properties strategic objectives, and to achieve the strategic objectives formulated to expand the market, the implementation of strategies to go; looking for partners; produce differentiated products; brand promotion; training and the introduction of talent; improve the corporate culture; decomposition management objectives; industrial park bases; conduct technological innovation activities; promote information technology; strengthen performance management; implementation of risk management and the implementation of a series of specific measures to provide protection to achieve the strategic objectives.
