Under the impacts of many factors, such as the price of coal is declining and the economic stagnation, the original low cost advantage for Shendong coal group has been graduallyweakening or losing. According to the guiding ideology and the relevant requirements from Shenhua Group,in order to reduce the amount of labor, improve labor efficiency,reduce labor costs,ensure employees' income level stable and maintaining moderate growth, Setting up the exit mechanism of labor employment is very necessary.As the biggest coal enterprises in our country,Shendong coal group has large amount of labor and complex personnel structure, This paper studies the exit mechanism managemengt of labor employment of Shendong coal group company.Guided by the strategic human resources management theory,on the basis of domestic and overseas achievements of exit management research,using the metehd of questionnaire survey,theoretical study and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyses the labor Employment management status.Shendong coal group is a Modern management enterprise,the employees have high ducation level, and the company has a good training system,the salary welfare has strong market competitiveness. However,it also exists the following problems: amount of labor personnel allocation staff is not very scientific,serious structural vacancies, redundancy management personnel, employees exit channel impeded,the company operation is not reasonable and so on. Based on the analysis of the present human resources of Shendong coal group, this paper Puts forward the proposal for the exit mechanism of labor employment.The scheme includes three steps: (1) confirm diversified personnel exit mechanism; (2) establish personnel exit mechanism; (3) enhance personnel exit mechanism support system and safeguard measures.Personnel exit mechanism is an important part of human resource strategy, therefore,it is very important to building functional reasonable,overall coordination and efficiency exit system, optimizing labor employment management, promoting the level of human resource management, improving the level of employment management. Finally,the article pointed out the problems of personnel exit management of Shendong coal group and the way to providing security for the normal operation of the personnel exit.The conclusion of this thesis research has a positive significance for the state-owned coal enterprise personnel exit.management and enhancing the level of human resource management.
